"Most of the items were nice quality..."
Most of the items were nice quality, but one of them felt noticeably thinner than the others. It was a bit disappointing, and I’d expect an apology or some acknowledgment for that.

"Easy exchange and such a relief"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size from Petalura and needed to exchange it, which had me a little stressed at first.
But the whole process ended up being really easy. I emailed them, got a helpful reply quickly, and they walked me through exactly what to do. I sent the item back, and the new size showed up about a week later.

Everything arrived in great condition, and the fit was so much better. I felt really relieved and happy with how smoothly it all worked out. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

I got my order confirmation fast, which was a good start. I can’t really judge the product yet since it hasn’t arrived, but the process seems fine so far. For now, I’d say it’s looking okay, but my final opinion will depend on how the delivery and product turn out.

"My Petalura order showed up packed..."
My Petalura order showed up packed decently. The box felt sturdy and everything inside was wrapped neatly, so thankfully nothing was broken or messed up.

That said, one corner of the outer box had a dent, which was kind of irritating because I don’t have much patience for damaged-looking packages. The items were fine though, so overall I’m happy enough, just wouldn’t call it perfect.

I was feeling a bit pressured to find something that fit well and wouldn’t bother me all day, but this ended up being a good pick. I wore it for hours and it felt comfy the whole time, no issues at all.

"Super easy order and GREAT updates"
Ordering was really simple, and I got regular tracking updates the whole way through, which I REALLY appreciated. The flowers showed up right when they were supposed to and looked lovely. No issues at all honestly — I’d definitely use petalura again

I mean, petalura.com was easy to use. Like, I was able to move around the site without any hassle, and the pages loaded just fine for me. I found what I was looking for without having to click around forever, which was nice. Checkout was, you know, simple too, with no weird or confusing steps. Overall, it was just a smooth shopping experience and I didn’t really get annoyed using it.

I liked the look of the site as soon as I opened it, it has this clean but still cute style and the colors feel nice without being too loud or distracting. It was easy to click around and find things too, and overall it just feels like someone actually put care into the design.

I had to cancel my order and request a refund, i wasn’t sure how long it would take. Thankfully, the money was back in my account within just a few days, which I really appreciated. Support could’ve gotten back to me a little sooner, but everything worked out fine in the end. Grateful for the quick refund. 4 stars from me.

I ordered my usual size from petalura.com, but it ended up fitting tighter than I expected. It’s not awful and I can still wear it, but I’d definitely size up if I ordered again. Shipping was fine, so no issue there. I was just kind of annoyed because the sizing didn’t feel accurate, and it also seemed like the terms had changed from what I remembered, which made the whole thing a little frustrating.
